Woman’s birth control implant in arm dislodges, moves to lung: report



A Portuguese woman who had abnormal vaginal bleeding for three months went to her gynecologist for a check-up — only to learn her birth control implant had dislodged from her upper arm and made its way to her left lung, according to a recent report from BMJ Case Reports.
